FSM-6000LEUV which is equipped with UV LED light source measures surface stress of chemically and thermally tempered glass automatically with the computer. This UV light source expands the number of interference fringes that will be appeared on the computer display comparing to FSM-6000LE so a glass plate which has very lower depth of layer(DoL) can be measured by this machine.

       The automatic measurement decreases the error resulted from a machine operator. And the operator usually had to perform elaborate calculations to measure surface stress of chemically tempered glass, but the automatic measurement reduces the measuring time. This product can store measurement data into PC.
