■What is SBTi?
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is an international framework for companies to set and implement “science-based greenhouse gas reduction targets” to contribute to the goal of the Paris Agreement (limiting the rise in global average temperature to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels).
Receiving this certification increases the transparency and reliability of a company’s environmental measures, leading to sustainable growth and enhanced competitiveness.
